    We spent a night here, and our kids loved the game zone and the temperature-controlled pool. Relaxing in the jacuzzi after a day of exploring was a highlight for us. The only downside was the rooms felt a bit compact, but it didn’t ruin our overall fun! 😊

    Location close to the lush green valley as well as cedar dense forest. A fireplace, central heating, and an iron in the room, nice location.

    I had one of the worst stays in many years. The service was completely inattentive, and no one seemed to care about our needs. Cleanliness was appalling, and I had to escalate issues repeatedly without any action taken.

    A wide range of food for breakfast, which was appetising to satisfy everyone. Really enjoyed my exceptionally nice room and the pool was heated. The location was stunning - short way from everywhere I wanted to go. It was memorable 2 days, would have stayed for longer.

    The food was outstanding and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu. An electric kettle, an individual safe, and a stone fireplace were available in my double room. The hotel location was amazing and fantastic in sand.

    Great views, disappointing service!

    We spent 3 nights here, and honestly, the fine views were the best part! The restaurant was chaotic, waiting ages for breakfast, and the staff just didn't seem to care. At least the bar service was decent! Just a heads up, cleanliness could really use some work.

    The taj theog resort & spa has a great spa service at jiva spa, where you can indulge in relaxing treatments. The location is beautiful, close to kunjan at the front desk, and the staff in the dining area were friendly when we interacted with them.

    Fine Views and Fun for the Family

    The Taj Theog Resort & Spa offers fine views that added great charm to our stay. The room had a beautiful decor with a mini-bar and coffee facilities right at our fingertips. The sitting area was cozy. The spa services were really good. The check-in process was quite frustrating. Upon arrival, the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to a very rude encounter regarding our pet policy. Service during breakfast was slow, and staff engagement was lacking. Despite raising concerns multiple times, I noticed no changes. I spent significant time driving to nearby locations for better dining experiences.
